MOVING IN SERVICES – Our best seller!
We will organize your new residence by putting away items into the new residence so that your home is organized right off the start!
Imagine: coming home to no boxes and everything in it’s place! Whatever package you choose, we will walk you through your newly set up home so that you are familiar with where we have put your belongings! We offer three different options:
Bronze Package
We will set up the kitchen, bathrooms andbedrooms.
Silver Package
We will set up the above as well as 2 other rooms of your choice.
Gold Package
We will set up the entire home.
** Hanging up of artwork of any kind is not included**
**Extra charges apply for technology and media set-up**
We also offer Move In:
- De-cluttering services (if need be)
- Creation of storage solutions
MOVING OUT SERVICES
This service is for anyone who would like to tackle down-sizing and de-cluttering before a move. Your Professional Organizer will help you identify:
- personal belongings that could be donated
- items that could go to charity
- personal items that you may want to go into storage (if need be – typically for individuals/families that are transferring)
- items that can be recycled
- items that can be shredded
- items that could go to the landfill (this is the last resort)
- items for family distribution
By having our Professional Organizer come into your home and provide Move Out Services, you most likely will have fewer items to move and won’t be wasting money on boxes filled with things you don’t, and will not need.
Prices for Move In and Move Out Services are subject to size of home and services required.
MOVING SERVICES
When moving, part of the daunting task is the packing and un-packing. We research and will find you the best moving services. A variety of moving services are:
- packing and unpacking
- organizing storage solutions (i.e. PODS)
- organizing moving trucks and movers
Moving costs are determined by: hours of labor, weight, distance, packing supplies needed, and storage options (if required)
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
There are a number of Property Management Services that may be needed during a move. If this is something that you may need during your move, we will organize this for you. Some examples of Property Management Services are:
- inspection of property
- ongoing attendance
- vacancy inspections & reporting
- yard maintenance
- cleaning & repairing
- winterization/de-winterization
- rent collection
- sale of property
- home inspections
- home appraisals
- condominium review analysis
- coordinate payments
Prices are subject to services required.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- Locating and finding a Personal Chef to cook meals either before and/or after your move so you don’t have to think of making dinners.
- Arrange for airport transportation.
- Arranging for move-in and move-out cleaning.
