Are There Really 50 Shades of Grey?
I’ll be honest, I don’t have a clue how many shades of grey there are and I really don’t care. When I was researching I came across the following information: “…humans are only capable of seeing 30 hues between black and white.” Do I care? Not really. What I care about is what the undertone of the grey is. Why? Knowing the undertone of the grey is crucial to know what grey will work in your home. I recently had a client who said she’d love to move towards the grey trend but didn’t want cement on her walls. I still giggle at that sentence because I can totally relate! I have used that line many times with other clients. By the way, yes – there is a way to move toward the grey trend without having your walls look like a sidewalk!
